Foundation Food Hygiene Course Royal Institute of Public Health & Hygiene (UK)
The Foundation Food Hygiene Course provides food handlers with the basic principals required for safe food handling and complies with Dubai’s regulations for food hygiene training for workers in the food industry. The course is accredited and certificated by the Royal Institute of Public Health & Hygiene (UK)
The course comprises of:
At the end of the course candidates will be able to identify hazards within the food industry and have the knowledge to apply the proper controls to prevent harm or potential food poisoning.
There is a 45 minutes written assessment of multi choice questions.
